Colour Matching: Please provide a colour swatch or quote PMS colours. All due care will be taken to ensure print colours used match reference numbers as closely as possible. However due to the colour and nature of various materials, it is often impossible to obtain a 100% match.

Repeat orders: screen set up is valid for 12 months and if design hasn't changed you won't incur setup costs when reordering.

Artwork: Please provide as PDF file and convert all fonts to outlines.

Artwork Printing Specifications: For dimension of print area on your chosen product please refer to dimensions on Product pages.

T-shirts printing: Artwork provided must be no less than 300dpi PDF file, the file is more than one colour in print must be left as layered file. A mockup of the t-shirt will be provided by Mammoth Merchandise to check the scale and position of print before the job proceeds.

Badges: File must be provided as a 600dpi PDF file with all fonts converted to outlines. There must also be a 5mm bleed from the edge of badge design. Also allow all text to be 3mm from edge of badge edge (not bleed edge).

Poster or Press Printing: Artwork must be 300dpi PDF File file or if a smaller image like a sticker can get away with a HIGH RES JPEG (300dpi) with 5mm bleed . All fonts to be converted to outlines if PDF format.

If artwork is over 5MB please send via post or courier. The job will commence from date artwork received.

• Preferred format is Adobe Illustrator 10, Photoshop 6 TIFF or EPS file (saved as colour preview),Quark 4.11 file. Be sure to include all fonts.
• We also accept Corel Draw 10 (PC), Pagemaker 6.5 and Freehand 10 if needed. If these programs are used, fonts should be converted to curves/outlines.
• All files used (layout, EPS's, TIFF's) should be included on disk in high resolution form. Images should not be embedded in the document.
  

Scans/Images

• Four colour process (CMYK) scans should be high resolution (3OOdpi). If the resolution is lower, it will reproduce pixelated, any higher and it will unnecessarily increase the file sizes.
• Scans should be scaled to the correct final job size instead of being scaled up or down in the imposition program. Set you colours to CMYK or PMS. Do not use RGB.
• Linework such as single colour logos or type should be scanned at 12OOdpi.
  

Artwork

• Please supply image 1 up to the required size exactly.
• Any background or image that butts against the edge of magnet/badge etc must include 5mm bleed beyond the job to allow for "badge wrap" or die cutting.
• A keyline of 0.6mm must be included on artwork to show the edge of the badge/magnet etc, to indicate positionals, and make clear what is in the image area and what is bleed.
• Please keep all type or essential images within 3mm of keyline.
• Show spot colours or 'specials" as PMS "C" (Pantone Coated) colours.
• As some programs "embed" images and type. please do not send these files as we cannot edit them if required in our printing setup.
